Attorno alla Venere con suonatore di Tiziano del Museo del Prado. Musica per gli occhi

The Civic Museums of Verona are organizing an exhibition at the Museum of Medieval and Modern Art of Castelvecchio, in which an important work by Titian will be exhibited, the Venus with the organist from the Prado Museum in Madrid; a very important loan. Francesca Rossi, director of the Museum, and the curator Luca Fabbri have decided to exhibit other works, both from the museums of Verona and from other collections, all with a musical theme, together with the painting by Titian.

This will be joined by instruments from the collection of Accademia Filarmonica, with music being performed from the Accademia’s manuscript collection.
